Delivery and Returns

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Romanian version is the legally binding one: Livrare și retur.

This page applies to orders placed by private individuals (“order for home”). Orders placed by companies, on a CUI, are contracts between professionals: they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal described below, and their terms are those in the Terms and Conditions, section 5 (Orders). Section 5 also applies to orders placed by private individuals, supplemented by this page.

1. Who is selling

The seller is one of the two companies in the joint venture that operates the site, the one named in the order confirmation and on the invoice: ASPIRE BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL (CUI RO17835618, Trade Register no. J40/13456/2005) or:

2. How the order and the price are formed

Orders are placed by the case — the minimum is one case per product. Prices shown to private individuals include VAT; the delivery cost is shown before the order is submitted, and where a product does not yet have a published price, it is confirmed by quotation. The price advantage comes from buying a whole case, not a single unit — shops and distributors buy at prices lower than those shown here, negotiated per partner.

Submitting the order is a firm request, not a payment. The contract is concluded at the moment you accept our confirmation, which sets out the products, quantities, final price and delivery time. Until then you owe nothing and you may withdraw without any consequence.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Romania. The delivery time is stated in the order confirmation and does not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with art. 18 of GEO 34/2014. If we cannot meet the delivery time, we will notify you and you may accept a new delivery time or cancel the order with a full refund of the amounts paid.

4. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a private individual you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date on which you take possession of the products, without giving any reason and without additional costs, under the conditions of art. 9–14 of GEO 34/2014.

Where an order is delivered in instalments, the period runs from receipt of the last instalment.

4.1. Exceptions provided by law

The right of withdrawal does not apply, under art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, in particular to:

• sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery — in our range, this covers personal care products, cosmetics and hygiene items (letter e);
• products made to your specifications or personalised, including private label produced to your order (letter c);
• products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (letter d).

An unopened case may be returned. An opened case from a hygiene category may not — which is why the minimum order is shown in cases and not in units, so that you know exactly what you are receiving.

4.2. How to withdraw

You send us an unequivocal statement, by email to info@veryretail.ro or by phone at +40 755 907 206. You may use the form in section 7, but this is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt in writing.

The products are to be returned within no more than 14 days from communicating the withdrawal. The return address is: Calea Națională nr. 12, scara D, etaj P, Botoșani, județul Botoșani, România.

The cost of the return is borne by you, except where the product is non-conforming, damaged or delivered incorrectly — in that case we bear it and arrange the collection.

4.3. Refunds

We will refund all amounts received, including the cost of standard delivery, within no more than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until proof of their dispatch, in accordance with art. 14(4) of GEO 34/2014.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity

The products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under GEO 140/2021. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity (replacement), to a price reduction or to termination of the contract, in the order and under the conditions provided by law. Complaints are made to the contact details in section 1.

6. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can write to us at any time at info@veryretail.ro — we reply within no more than 5 working days.

7. Withdrawal form (model)

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Its use is not mandatory.
