Nature of the website
veryretail.ro is a presentation and catalogue website through which orders by the case can be placed: by companies, on a CUI, at prices net of VAT, and by private individuals (“order for home”), at prices including VAT. The order is sent from the basket, through the Order page, and becomes a contract only once you accept our confirmation or offer. Delivery is made only to the address given. The website does not process online payments: payment is made by bank transfer, after confirmation. The seller is one of the two joint-venture companies, depending on the contract, named in the confirmation or offer.
Private individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the legal exceptions — details in Delivery and Returns. The full order conditions are in the Terms and Conditions.
