Who you contract with. Either company may act as the seller of an order or as the contracting party for a service, including commercial representation for manufacturers, with full rights and obligations. The company you contract with is the one named in the order confirmation, the offer and the invoice.
Personal data. Both companies have access to the data collected through the site (forms, orders, the CRM) and process it as joint controllers under Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights against either of them; the single contact point for both is the address below.

This policy explains how veryretail.ro uses cookies, in accordance with Law no. 506/2004 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website, to enable it to function correctly.
2. What we use
At the moment we use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and we do not share data with marketing networks.

The crm_session, studio_session and studio_brand cookies are set only for staff who sign in to the administration areas; an ordinary visitor does not receive them. The site language is taken from the address (/en for English), not from a cookie.
3. Consent
The items above are strictly necessary and are exempt from the consent requirement under Law no. 506/2004. For any other cookie we ask for your consent in advance, through the banner shown on your first visit, by category:
- Necessary: always on (those in the table).
- Analytics: statistics on how the site is used. Off by default.
- Marketing: campaign measurement and relevant advertising. Off by default.
The “Accept all” and “Reject” buttons carry the same weight, nothing is pre-ticked, and without a choice nothing other than the necessary items is enabled. We do not currently use analytics or marketing tools; if we add them, they will run only with your consent (including through Google Consent Mode signals, set to “denied” by default), and this policy will be updated with their names.
4. Changing your choice
At any time, from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the necessary ones may affect the order basket.
