We supply 76 frozen bread and pastry references to stores, petrol stations and cafés: baguettes, rolls, ciabatta, loaves, croissants, savoury pastry and traditional lines. Frozen bread supplier for stores
01

What you need in the store

A freezer at -18°C for stock, an oven and a display. No baker, no bakery room and no night shift: the product arrives already proofed, comes out of the freezer and goes into the oven on a set programme.

If you want a full corner, with coffee, we size the equipment to the store type and the receipt count. We do not finance it: it is bought outright or leased.

02

The range and shelf life

Shelf lives are the producer's technical-sheet figures, at -18°C. Because bread keeps a year, you order rarely and bake daily, as much as sells; stock is not lost on the shelf.

How to order

By the case, on a company account, delivered to the address in the cold chain. Minimum quantity and delivery rhythm are set per store, because a corner in a petrol station and one in a supermarket do not consume alike. Payment is by bank transfer.

04

Price

Price depends on channel and volume, so we do not publish it: the same product carries a different price for a corner shop and for a thirty-store chain. Tell us the store type and the volumes you expect and you get a list worked out for your case.

Questions we actually get

How long does baking take?+

15–18 minutes from freezer to shelf, depending on the product and the oven.

Does it need thawing first?+

No. It goes into the oven frozen, on the set programme.

What VAT applies to frozen bread?+

11% on bread and savoury items; 21% on sweet pastry above 10 g added sugar per 100 g.

Can I order just a few references?+

Yes. Most stores start with baguettes, rolls and croissants and add lines once they see what sells.
