FAQ

Do I need a Romanian company?+

No. You can sell directly from your country. At the assessment we tell you if a channel needs a local importer or warehouse.

Who invoices and who delivers?+

You do. We find customers and negotiate; you approve the terms.

Do I need a warehouse in Romania?+

Not necessarily. Distributors take the goods directly from you. For small orders we find a logistics partner together.

How long until the first order?+

Through distributors, from the first month. A chain listing usually takes two to three months.

What does it cost?+

No monthly fee. You pay only a commission on net sales to the customers we bring. The rate is set after the assessment.

How long is the contract?+

12 months, with a joint review at 6 months against measures agreed at signing.

Do you work exclusively?+

Territory and exclusivity are written into the contract. We do not represent a direct competitor without your consent.

What paperwork do I need?+

It depends on the category: a local-language label, EAN, deposit-return for drinks, notification for cosmetics, approval for biocides. We tell you what is missing.
